Hi guys! A little poem I wrote for you until the next post. Enjoy :)

The Fairytale Curse

He took her breath

Away

If only she knew he would cause her

So much pain

But she found herself lost

In his eyes

And he encouraged her further

With his lies

She could have left before

The pain

But she decided to take

A leap of faith

If only Prince Charming had followed

The rules

And the Damsel in Distress was actually

Rescued

Then maybe, just maybe she

Could have had

A little something close to her

Fairytale

But somewhere along

The road

Something had gone

Terribly wrong

And somewhere amongst

Her path

The chapters turned quite

Bad

For, Prince Charming

Never came

And the Damsel in Distress,

She remained

No, he never bothered to

Climb the tower

Or chase after her

Glass Slipper

He left her to waste on

The poison apple

That sent her into a

Deep slumber

She waited years to be

Awakened

Longed for the kiss that would

Release her

But he left her with her

Hopes and Dreams

Left her waiting all these

Years

Until one day, her heart

Realized

That Prince Charming had said

Goodbye
